St. Vasilios Youth Service Team
Who We Are
The St. Vasilios Youth Service Team is made up primarily of high school teens from our parish who willingly donate one week of their summer vacation to help people living in poverty. These trips have provided very unique experiences for our teens as well as memories and lessons that will remain for a lifetime.
Who Can Join These Trips?
These trips are open to teens currently in high school. Any adults interested in serving as a chaperone must be over the age of 21. Those interested in joining may contact Andrew Constantinou for more information.

Who Hosts the Trip?
The trip is organized by the Young Orthodox Christian American Mission Adventures (YOCAMA). YOCAMA's mission is to serve people living in poverty in America. These trips serve as a way for our Orthodox Christian youth to share the Love of Jesus Christ through good works, to learn more about their faith, and to deepen their relationship with God and with with others. Since 2008 YOCAMA has traveled to Navtive American Indian Reservations to provide social support services to people living in poverty.
